SATURDAY, SEPT. 16th, 2023 RACE STARTS @ 1:30pm. Please arrive at HQ no later than 30 minutes before your start time.

Amazing Race Release of Liability Waiver

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Eagle Ranch Amazing Race, related events, and activities the undersigned adult(s) acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program could be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.

2. I knowingly and freely assume all such risk, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation and that of those under 18 in my care.

3. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin hereby release and hold harmless Mountain Rats Festival LLC, Gemini Adventures, Eagle Ranch Association, Town of Eagle, property owners, and any sponsors, their officers, officials, agents, employees, and volunteers with any respect to injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property.

4. I also represent that, as Team Leader I am authorized to sign this document on behalf of myself and of all participants in our team.

I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS WHATSOEVER BROUGHT BY A THIRD PARTY WHICH I MAY CAUSE.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE PARTICIPATION RULES & GUIDELINES, THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS. I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
